Note: After leaving the meeting point, we always stop at a convenient location so participants can have coffee, use the restroom, etc. We do the same on the way back.

– A backpack large enough for your belongings;
– 1.5 liters of beverages—sports drinks, water, juice;
– Cereal bars, cookies, sandwiches;
– Hiking shoes;
– Sunglasses, hat, or cap;
– Insect repellent and sunscreen;

– Change of clothes, flip-flops;
– Swimwear;
